1. Booking and Payment:

   • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure JD Film Production’s services for the wedding date.

   • The booking fee applies only to packages with a total value above SGD 1,800.

   • For packages below SGD 1,800, full payment is required upfront upon booking.

   • The standard booking fee amount is 50% of the total package price, unless otherwise stated.

   • The remaining balance is payable on the wedding day itself, before or during the event.

   • For credit card payments, a 3% processing fee will be added to the total payable amount.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • In the event of cancellation by the client, the booking fee is strictly non-refundable.

   • Any additional payments made beyond the booking fee will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to written agreement.

3. Service Duration:

   • Service hours are as specified in the selected package.

   • Additional hours may be requested at an extra cost, subject to team availability and prior arrangement.

4. Equipment:

   • Any damage, loss, or malfunction of equipment caused by the client or guests will result in repair or replacement charges.

   • The client is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure working environment for JD Film Production’s crew and equipment throughout the event.

5. Delivery of Final Products:

   • Final edited videos and photos are typically delivered within 4 to 8 weeks after the wedding date.

   • During peak wedding seasons, delivery timelines may be extended beyond the standard period, and clients will be informed accordingly.

   • All deliverables will be provided as digital softcopies only.

   • Raw photo and video files will not be provided under any circumstances.

6. Overseas Shooting:

   • Overseas shoots are subject to additional charges, depending on the destination and package selected.

   • Complimentary accommodation, airfare, and meals are only applicable to the OVERSEAS+ Short Film Package.

   • The final price of the OVERSEAS+ package varies according to the country of shooting.

   • Local transportation at the overseas destination is not included, unless otherwise stated.

   • Clients are advised to contact the sales team for detailed overseas quotations and arrangements.

7. Usage Rights:

   • JD Film Production retains the right to use any photos or videos produced for portfolio, marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and advertising.

   • No additional compensation will be provided for such usage.

8. Client Cooperation:

   • The client agrees to cooperate with JD Film Production and its team to ensure the smooth execution of services.

   • This includes timely communication, schedule coordination, and necessary access during the event.

By engaging with JD Film Production, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Any modifications to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
